Feature phones are making a comeback and if you have been planning to purchase a ‘secondary’ calling device, then Amazon is running a dedicated fest which started on April 16, 2018 and will be live until April 20, 2018. As part of the five-day long Amazon Feature Phones Fest, Amazon is offering discounts on a range of feature phones from brands including Nokia, Micromax, Lava, Karbonn, Intex and more. There’s up to 40 percent discount on select feature phones and if you make the purchase using Amazon Pay balance, you will be eligible for a cashback of Rs 50. Here’s an overview of the feature phones and brands participating in the sale period.
Reliance JioPhone
The JioPhone is available for purchase under the Amazon Feature Phones Fest. To buy the effectively free phone, you have to pay a security deposit of Rs 1,500. This amount is fully refundable. All you have to do is continue making recharges worth Rs 1,500 per year for the next three years. You can return the device after three years and claim the refund. While there are no additional offers on the Reliance JioPhone, you can choose to pay via card or cash upon delivery.
Nokia
On the Nokia-branded feature phones, Amazon is offering up to 15 percent discount. You can consider purchasing the Nokia 105 at a reduced price of Rs 960. The dual-SIM version of the phone is available at Rs 1,120. The Nokia 3310 which has been re-introduced in the market after 17 years is available at Rs 3,149. It is available in all color options. The Amazon Pay offer is applicable on this purchase.
Samsung
Some of the popular Samsung feature phones are available at a discount of up to 10 percent. The most expensive from the lot is the Samsung Metro XL which is available at Rs 3,225 after discount. One of the most selling models, Samsung Guru 1200 is available at Rs 1,100. Its version with FM, called Samsung Guru FM Plus, is available at Rs 1,375.
Karbonn
A handful of feature phones from local manufacturer Karbonn are available with up to 30 percent discount. The Karbonn K5000 which comes with a sturdy design is available at Rs 1,149 with Amazon Pay benefit as well. The Karbonn K45+ in white and orange dual color scheme is available at a discounted price of Rs 814.
Lava
Lava phones are available at the maximum discount of up to 40 percent. The sale covers the Lava Prime, available at Rs 1,169, Lava KKT34, available at Rs 1,465, Lava Spark i8 at Rs 1,449, and Lava Captain N1 at Rs 799 among other models. If you checkout using the Amazon Pay balance, you will be eligible for Rs 50 cashback offer.
Intex
Intex feature phones are available with up to 30 percent discount. Surprisingly, there is only one model available under the sale period. The Intex Eco Beats with dual-SIM support. It is available at a price of Rs 665 after discount. Amazon Pay offer is also applicable on the purchase of the phone.

Micromax
Up to 15 percent discount is available on Micromax feature phones. A total of five Micromax feature phone models are available under the sale. This includes the Micromax X12 which is available at a discounted price of Rs 699, Micromax X740 at Rs 1,199, Micromax X803 at Rs 1,490, among others.
